71% of UK Directors believe “Being Hacked and Loss of IT Service” is the biggest cyber threat to their organisation


The December Policy Voice survey addressed the topics of cyber security and data protection in the UK. Below are some of the survey highlights:

  • 55% had not heard of GDPR, a new EU law on data protection currently being negotiated.
  • However, 55% now think the GDPR will be significant for their business.
  • 26% are unprepared for an overhaul of data protection rules and obligations.
  • 45% are concerned about complying with the new regulation.
